TERMS OF DELIVERY According to this Agreement, the order, purchase, sale and delivery of goods
1. CONTRACT PRICE AND CALCULATION PROCEDURE
1.1. The price of each individual Product is determined by the Seller and indicated on the website https://shop.zalezhni.art. The price of the Order is determined by adding the price of all the Goods included in the Order, which is equal to the amount to be paid, which is indicated on the website https://shop.zalezhni.art when placing the Order at the time of its placement.
1.2. The price of the contract is equal to the price of the Order. The amount of the Order may vary depending on the price, quantity or product range.
1.3. When placing an Order by the Buyer on the website https://shop.zalezhni.art, payment for the goods is made after filling out the order form through the MonoPay system. When choosing a cash-on-delivery payment method, payment is made upon receipt of the order.
1.4. The order is considered paid from the receipt of funds in full in this regard by the Seller.
1.5. Sending and delivery of the Order is carried out after full payment of the Order by the Buyer in accordance with clause 4.4. of this Agreement (provided the payment method is selected - prepayment).
2. TERMS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
2.1. Delivery of the Goods purchased on the website https://shop.zalezhni.art is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" company on the territory of Ukraine to the address specified by the Buyer or to the appropriate Nova Poshta branch.
2.2. The seller sends the ordered goods from 3 working days from the moment of payment by the buyer. The Seller is not responsible for the delivery time, if within five days from the moment of receipt of funds from the Buyer, he handed over the Goods to the "Nova Poshta" company for delivery to the Buyer.
2.3. In case of purchase of Goods by the Buyer in the amount of more than UAH 5,000, the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer is free of charge. In other cases, the costs of delivery of the Order (Goods) are borne by the Buyer.
2.4. The return of the Goods by the Buyer is carried out at his expense. In case of return of Goods of inadequate quality, after establishing this circumstance, the Seller undertakes to compensate the Buyer for the cost of return within 3 working days from the moment of receipt of the corresponding claim of the Buyer on the basis of the provided documents confirming such costs.
